Dr. and Mrs. John E. Doyle of Peachtree City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Elizabeth, to Robert George Edwards, son of Mr. and Mrs. Randall Edwards of Travelers Rest, S.C.

The bride-to-be is a 2000 graduate of McIntosh High School and a 2004 graduate of Furman University where she earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics. While attending Furman, she was a member of Chi Omega sorority and was a varsity cheerleader for four years. She currently is employed by Carolina First Bank as a credit analyst.

The groom-elect is a graduate of Travelers Rest High School. He currently attends ITT Technical Institute. He will graduate in June 2006 with highest honors, receiving a degree in computer network systems. He is employed at Best Buy in Spartanburg, S.C.

The wedding will be Aug. 5, 2006, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hendersonville, N.C.
