Members of Palmetto and Fairburn city councils, Fulton County Board of Education and parents joined Creekside Principal Michael Robinson April 25 for the dedication of the school’s new wing of 27 classrooms and labs. “This has been a long time coming and we’re finally here today. This gives us a new opportunity for our students,” Robinson said. The school’s current population at around 2,000 students is expected to swell to nearly 2,500 next school year, Robinson said.
