The Wizard of Oz

Students from McIntosh High School’s drama, chorus, and band programs will present the popular musical “The Wizard of Oz” on April 28 and 29 in the new school auditorium at 7 p.m. each evening. Performances are open to the public and will appeal to all ages, especially children. More than 50 students and teachers are involved in staging the musical, which is directed by Michelle Stone, drama teacher at the school. In addition to supplying acting and music talent, the students also helped create the colorful and unusual sets. Tickets are $8 and may be purchased at the door before each performance or in advance from the school office. McIntosh High School is located at 201 Walt Banks Road in Peachtree City. Contact Michelle Stone at (770) 631-3232, ext. 368 for more information.
