Milton J. Brown, 92, Peachtree City, died April 15, 2006. He was born April 16, 1914 in Thompson Falls, Mont. He had worked in Douglas Aircraft in southern California in 1936, in 1945 he started a toy manufacturing business and also worked at Lockheed California. In 1951 he worked for Lockheed Marietta, retiring there in 1979. He stayed active by working in the AARP “55 Alive” Program, and repairing automobiles. Memorial services will be at a later date in Arizona. Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Betty Brown, whom he married in 1975; sons, Milton Brown Jr., and Fred Brown, Marietta; daughters, Martinaya V’Odin, and Cindy Davenport, Marietta; and a granddaughter, Tiffany Davenport, Marietta. Memorial donations may be made to Southwest Christian Care, Union City. Jones Funeral Home, Newnan, was in charge. login to post comments |
