As a candidate for the unexpired term of Robert Belisle, Mayor Pro Tem, who is now a candidate for Mayor of Senoia, I am asking for your vote on November 8, 2005 for the Senoia City Council.

My candidacy is based on INTEGRITY, HONESTY, EXPERIENCE and ETHICS.

As a life long resident of Georgia, having grown up in Atlanta,urban sprawl and the associated lack of QUALITY OF LIFE, is why I have chosen to reside in Senoia. Our reasons for living here are probably similar. It is my belief that we want to preserve the character and charm of our small town.

As President of the Senoia Area Historical Society, it has been my privilege to work with members who selflessly contribute their time, energy and money to ensure our Southern Hospitality, History, Charm, Character and Quality of life. There are many other organizations and people who contribute to our wonderful City and are INCLUSIVE and REPRESENTATIVE in their membership.

My opponent in this election, Perry Benson, is the self proclaimed Leader of the "League of Neighbors", an "EXCLUSIVE, INVITATION ONLY GROUP". The invitation stated, invitees were "carefully selected" and "the profile of the group carefully designed". My opponent wants your vote, did you receive an invitation to his exclusive group?

My opponent has consistently ignored and violated the Zoning Ordinance and Historic District Regulations. Only after qualifying for this election has he finally submitted a property for a historic district certificate of appropriateness. He recently constructed a fence in front of his house in the PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY in violation of the Zoning Ordinance , Historic District regulations.

I ask you to consider the fact that my opponent has disregarded the Ordinances and procedures of the City to his exclusive benefit.

I ask for your vote to preserve our QUALITY OF LIFE , ETHICS, and the RULE OF LAW in our City government.
