St. Christopher Hellenic (Greek) Orthodox Church in Peachtree City will host its second annual GreekFest Saturday evening, May 6, beginning at 6:30 p.m., at the Dixie Wing Commemorative Air Force Museum Hanger, Falcon Field Airport in Peachtree City.

“The evening promises to be a fun way to learn about the Greek culture and St. Christopher’s while enjoying an authentic Greek dinner and dancing,” said Tammy Soulakos, president of St. Christopher’s parish council. “The evening also will feature a live and silent auction and 50/50 raffle.”

Proceeds from the evening will support St. Christopher’s building fund.
Tickets may be purchased for $50 each, advance purchase only.

St. Christopher’s is the first Orthodox Christian church to be established south of I-20 and serves the southern crescent portion of the Atlanta metropolitan area. The church offers services and Christian education on Sunday mornings, including a vibrant youth program.

Also offered are special services honoring feast days throughout the year.
Orthodox Christians looking for a church home on Atlanta’s south side or those who are interested in exploring the Orthodox tradition are invited to visit St. Christopher’s.
