Georgia faith and healthcare leaders are invited to attend the Fifth Annual “Aligning Faith & Health: Building Partnerships for a Healthy Community” Conference May 23 at the LaGrange College Student Center in LaGrange.

The conference, sponsored by District Four Public Health and West Central Health District, will highlight how faith-based and healthcare leaders can work together to foster healthier communities. Pre-conference workshops addressing smoking cessation and parenting skills also will be offered May 22. Space is limited and reservations are required.

The cost to participate in the conference is $30. The pre-conference workshops arefree. To register, visit www.threeriversahec.org. The deadline to register is May 1.
