The Starr's Mill Lady Panthers won their third consecutive region title Thursday night, handing Fayette County a 4-0 loss. Goals were scored by Katie Jacobsen, Gina Goforth Carlie Banks and Brittany Schwanitz.

The boys game started and the Panthers went up 1-0 on a goal from Chris Capati but lightning flashed in the sky, which caused a mandatory 15 minute game delay. The storm would not go away though and the game was rescheduled to Friday afternoon at 5 p.m.
