The Fayette-Starr’s Mill Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution Organizing Regent Marilyn Frazar was named first runner up for State Outstanding Regent for her 2003 - 2005 chapter activities. The chapter also won second runner-up for chapter achievement for a chapter under 51 members. Also, the chapter won Outstanding Report for Constitution Week and for Commenrative Events.
