Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, the casual dining company that serves up wholesome, fun, feel-good experiences by offering its guests an imaginative selection of high-quality gourmet burgers and innovative menu items in a family-friendly environment, opened its first Georgia restaurant in Newnan this week. The 6,350-square-foot restaurant is located at 202 Newnan Crossing Bypass, off Interstate 85 and Bullsboro Dr. It seats 212 guests, will employ more than 120 team members and is 100 percent smoke-free. As part of its grand opening celebration, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers will donate 50 cents from every gourmet burger sold during grand opening week, Oct. 24-30, to the Newnan Fire Department. The money raised will help supply numerous household needs such as furniture and cookware.” “On behalf of the Newnan Fire Department, we would like to welcome Red Robin to Georgia,” said Fire Chief David Whitley. “This donation will help update some of our older furniture and cookware, which is in much need of replacement.” “We are thrilled Newnan is the home to the first Red Robin in Georgia,” said Eric Houseman, Red Robin’s president and COO. “As we want to support Georgia’s local communities, we are pleased to be partnering with the Newnan Fire Department and welcome everyone to visit us during opening week to give back to such a great cause.” Red Robin restaurants are famous for offering a wide array of 22 gourmet burgers, bottomless steak fries (that means all-you-can-eat), and Mad Mixology beverages, served in a family-friendly atmosphere. Guests can choose from beef, chicken, veggie, fish, or turkey burgers, with a wide variety of toppings, such as grilled pineapple, guacamole, green chilies, honey mustard sauce, barbecue sauce, fried onion straws, and sautéed mushrooms.
