James Kyle Vickery, 32, Fayetteville, died April 10, 2006. He was born April 13,1973 in Fulton County. He was preceded in death by his father, James David Vickery. He was a 1992 graduate of Fayette County High School. He was a directional boring driller for the last six years, having worked for his own company, Anytime Directional Drilling, as well as Babb Construction and Com Tran Inc. He enjoyed four-wheeling with his son, as well as fishing and hunting.

Services were at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church with Pastor Justin Kollmeyer officiating. Survivors include a son, Christian James Vickery, Fayetteville; mother, Brenda Vickery, Fayetteville; a sister, Lane and Jake Zeigler, Fayetteville; and nephews, Ryan and Evan.

Memorial donations may be made to the Kyle Vickery Memorial Fund at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church to benefit the education of his son.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
