Sarah Ann Dye Peevy, 91, Fayetteville, died April 8, 2006. She was born Sept. 1, 1914 in Atlanta. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Marion K. Peevy. She was a longtime member of Corinth Baptist Church and was retired from Cluett & Peabody. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with interment at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta. Survivors include a son, Norman and Lamartine Peevy, Columbus, Ga.; grandchildren, Normandy and Jim McKenna, Columbus, Ga., and Cindy Peevy, Stockbridge; great-grandchildren, Craig, Christopher and Amanda McKenna, all of Columbus; and a sister, Virginia Kirkland, Fayetteville.
