Peachtree City United Methodist Church will be holding a summer “Grief Share” class for those dealing with the loss of a loved one.

The 14-week class co-led by Lisa Mahaffey and Helen Ragsdale will begin May 4 and will meet every Thursday evening from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in room 308 at the church’s 225 Robinson Road campus, Peachtree City.

“Grief Share” uses a video seminar series that features some of the nation’s foremost Christian experts on grief and recovery topics. The video seminars are combined with a workbook and group discussion time to talk about the day to day challenges of the healing journey.

There is a $15 workbook fee but scholarships are available through the church.
