The 11 year old Home Plate Chili Dogs won the championship at last weekends Super NIT tournament held in Peachtree City. The Chili Dogs defeated a strong Lee County Trojans team 11 – 6 to clinch their third consecutive championship tournament victory. In addition to last weekend’s win the Chili Dogs have also posted first place finishes in the USSSA Director’s Cup Challenge in PTC and a first place finish in the Tyrus Park March Classic held in Griffin, GA.
