The April 9 occasion is pure delight. And it is the hundreds making the Rico Community’s first Spring on the Green celebration a success. It is not only the Easter Egg hunts, the tasty barbecue, the ferris wheel, the horse and buggy rides or the Easter Bonnet Parade that takes the cake. It is the spirit of community so evident in the eyes and on the faces of those in attendance.
