McIntosh traveled to Westminster to compete in a track meet against Westminster, Chamblee, Collins Hill and Galloway. The Lady Chiefs placed second behind Collins Hill, while the boys placed third behind Collins Hill and Westminster. Those scoring points for the McIntosh were: Girls 4x100 meter relay Boys 4x100 meter relay Girls 1,600 meter run Girls 400 meter dash Boys 400 meter dash Girls 100 meter dash Girls 100 meter hurdles Boys 110 meter hurdles Girls 800 meter run Girls 200 meter dash Boys 200 meter dash Boys 300 meter hurdles Girls 3,200 meter run Girls 4x400 meter relay Boys 4x400 meter relay Girls discus Girls high jump Boys long jump Girls pole vault Boys pole vault Girls triple jump Boys triple jump The region tournaments for track will start next weekend. Region 4-AAAA’s girls will run at Woodward Academy on Friday, Apr. 21 and Monday, Apr. 24, while the boys will run the following week. Region 4-AAAAA girls will run at Fayette County on Saturday, Apr. 22 and Monday, Apr. 24, while the boys will run the following week at Starr’s Mill. Region 5-A’s girls will run at Landmark Christian, Apr. 24 and 25 and the boys will run May 1 and 2. login to post comments |
