The Fayette County Republican Party (FCRP) will conduct the qualification of candidates for local office who will appear on the July 18, 2006 Republican Party primary election ballot in Fayette County.

The FCRP will be conducting qualification for the following offices:

•Board of Education Posts 4 and 5

•County Commissioner Posts 4 and 5

According to Lane Watts, Republican Party Chairman,the FCRP will conduct the qualifying for these local offices during the week of April 24 through April 28, as provided by state law.

Qualifying will be held at the following location and at the following times that week:

•Fayette County Republican Party Headquarters, 125 Commerce Drive, Suite I, Fayetteville, Phone: 770-716-1545

•Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. until noon.
