Mr. and Mrs. Robert S. Walden of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Michelle Ann Walden, to Christopher Sean Wagnon, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael A. Wagnon of Fayetteville.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and a 2005 graduate of Belmont Abbey College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She is the assistant to the director of admission at Southern Catholic College in Dawsonville, Ga.

The groom-elect is a 2002 graduate of Starr’s Mill High School and is completing his bachelor’s degree in political science at North Georgia College and State University. Upon graduation in August, he will receive his active duty commission as an officer in the U.S. Army Infantry.

The couple plans a June wedding at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City.
