On April 22 and 23, SummerGrove will be home to the Outdoor Living Experience. This unique showcase of homes is free to the public and will feature a variety of outdoor kitchens and outdoor entertaining areas. In addition, there will also be a display of today’s high-end, Redwood playsets.
Visitors to the SummerGrove Outdoor Living experience will have the opportunity to win a built-in, stone masonry outdoor kitchen from Selective Designs valued at $6,500 and a $1,000 gift certificate to Swings, Etc. Visitors will start at the SummerGrove Information Center by picking up a registration card and tour map. Then, take the card and visit four designated locations within the community. Bring the completed card back to the Information Center for a chance to win outdoor kitchen and $1,000 gift certificate to Swings, Etc. Homes at SummerGrove are priced from the mid $100s to over $800,000, in styles ranging from cottage-style to custom to traditional homes. “Consumers are spending more time at home and they desire to make the most of their living environments through outdoor living, entertaining and play areas,” says Peggy Sullivan, Vice President of Marketing at Pathway Communities, the developer of SummerGrove. John Tansey, owner of Swings, Etc. concurs and says, “the demand for high-end playsets is one of the fastest growing segments of the outdoor market.” The SummerGrove Outdoor Living Experience is a fusion of today’s popular outdoor trends in one of the best-selling communities in Atlanta and is a great way for people to experience first hand the unique characteristics of the community and offers consumers great design ideas and inspiration for their own homes. “The SummerGrove Outdoor Living Experience is not limited to just the homes,” says Sullivan. “With one of the area’s most comprehensive amenities packages including an 18-hole, Golf Digest-ranked golf course, a 100-acre lake, miles of pedestrian paths and sidewalks, two swimming venues, a tennis complex and a variety of tot lots and neighborhood playgrounds, everyday can be an outdoor living experience at SummerGrove.” SummerGrove is located at the intersection of Lower Fayetteville Road and Shenandoah Blvd. in Newnan. Tour hours are Saturday 11 a.m.-6 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-6 p.m. For more information on the Tour, call (770) 252-9000, or visit www.summergrove.com. login to post comments |
