The Georgia Association of REALTORS Distinguished Service Award is presented annually to the Boards of REALTORS meeting at least 11 out of 15 standards. The Fayette County Board of REALTORS received this award at the annual GAR convention held recently in Savannah.

Criteria includes:
• Percentage of growth
• Amount of RPAC and Scholarship Contributions
• Operating with a Budget and Strategic Plan
• State Director attendance at conventions
• Number of Educational Programs to include new member orientations
• Having a functional website, and more.
