Micah, The Reading Therapy Dog, recently visited Sara Harp Minter Elementary. Micah is a certified "Reading" Dog who has been trained to "read" with students! Some of Minter's first grade students came to the Media Center to read to Micah! Micah's owner is Lauren Strickland, Administrative Assistant at PAWS, an animal rescue organization in Columbus, Ga.
