Kathryn Jaynes Laramore, 79, Union City, formerly of East Point, died March 28, 2006. She was born May 4, 1926 in Fulton County. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius C. “Buddy” Laramore. She was an employed by the Jefferson Avenue Baptist Church as church secretary for many years, and was a long time member of East Point Baptist Church.

Services were at the Parrott Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Darwin Caldwell and Minister Billy Rowe officiating. Interment was at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta.

Survivors include sons, Stan and Ann Laramore, Tyrone, and Alan Laramore, Senoia; a sister, Joanne and Bill Fleming, Ormond Beach, Fla.; and grandsons, Joey Laramore, Atlanta, Jimmy Laramore, Seattle, Wash., and Thomas Laramore, Newnan.

Memorial donations may be made to Christian City Convalescent Center, 7300 Lester Road, Union City, Ga. 30291.

Parrott Funeral Home, Fairburn, was in charge.
