Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Salters of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Valerie Hart Salters to Phillip Michael Naples, son of Barbara Naples and Mrs. and Mrs. Andrew Naples of Marietta.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Fayette County High School and was a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising. She is employed as an assistant buyer in better and salon shoes at the Parisian corporate office in Birmingham, Ala.

The groom is a graduate of Walton High School in Marietta and graduated Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management. He is employed as an account executive at Insuretrust, a technology insurance brokerage firm in Atlanta.

The wedding will be June 10, 2006 in Atlanta. The couple will reside in Birmingham.
