The 2nd Annual "Miss" Relay Pageant will be held at Whitewater High School in Fayetteville today at 7 p.m.  The "Miss" Relay Pageant is a kick-off event for the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life. The contestants, all men, will compete in a physical fitness event, evening gown, runway and a talent competitions.
