W. G. “Bill” Taylor, 63, Alvaton, died Marc 13, 2006. He was born Dec. 11, 1942 in Montgomery, Ala.

Memorial services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Larry Stegall, and pastor Phillips Bevel officiating.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years, Julia Taylor, Alvaton; children, Beth Taylor, Senoia, and Billy Taylor, Griffin; grandchildren, Morgin Taylor Lusk, Senoia, and Dawson Taylor, Griffin; brothers, Jerry Lee Lacey, Fayetteville, and John Taylor, Peachtree City; and a sister, Patricia Ann Baker, Fayetteville.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
