John H. “Johnny” Polzin

John H. “Johnny” Polzin, 89, Peachtree City, died March 11, 2006. He was born Sept. 12, 1916 in St. Louis, Mo. He was a retired orchestra leader and a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church.

A memorial mass was at St. Matthews Catholic Church with the Rev. Father Victor Galier officiating.

Survivors include a daughter, Shari and Skip Diffley, Peachtree City; grandchildren; Sarah Diffley, Peachtree City, Scott and Jeanne Diffley, Milwaukee, Wis., and Shannon and Oscar Diaz, Fayetteville; great-grandchildren, Allie Diaz, Emily Diaz, and Elizabeth Diaz, all of Fayetteville, and Connor Diffley, Nolan Diffley, Kylie Diffley, and Layne Diffley, all of Milwaukee; a brother, Robert Polzin, St. Louis, and a sister, Deloris and Art Tuegel, St. Louis.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
