The Fayette Art Center and Gallery, a non-profit facility at 125 Fisher Ave., recently hosted a reception for the first ever art exhibit by a local art group in Fayette County. The group, known as League of Fine Artists, South (LOFAS), will display their work at the Fayette Art Center and Gallery for two months, and include artists Georgette Liberatore, Victor Dallas, Reid Perryman, Donna Mathews, Georgia Rowswell and Honey Corbin. On April 1 the artists will return for a special evening during which they will demonstrate their individual techniques.
