Justice B. Hobin graduated from the U.S. Army Warrant Officer Candidate School at Fort Rucker, Daleville, Ala., and was appointed to the rank of warrant officer one. Hobin completed an intense six-week course conducted in a rigorous, high-stressed, and deadline-required environment. He received training in leadership skills, Army customs, doctrine, tradition, and tactics, drill and ceremonies, professional ethics, physical fitness, time-stress-people management skills, decision making, delegation and personnel skills, and numerous other military academic subjects. Hobin, a geospatial information technician, is the son of Gary Hobin of Hebbelen Drive, Leavenworth, Kan., and Elizabeth Hobin of Norham Drive, Alexandria, Va. His wife, Belina, is the daughter of Joe and Shiela Geist of Winfair, Tyrone, Ga. The warrant officer graduated in 1993 from McIntosh High School, Peachtree City, Ga., and he received a bachelor's degree in 1997 from the University of Georgia, Athens. login to post comments |
