Builder offering five percent commission to co-op selling agents in its communities for time period ending April 30

David Lindsey Homes has announced that it is offering co-op selling agents a five percent commission for their closed sales in all of its communities.
This offer is valid on all homes that close in 60 days from contract, and valid on all written contracts from March 2 through April 30, 2006.
The company’s current communities include The Parks of Olmsted, a lakefront community in Coweta County; Baldwin Park, located in historic LaGrange; Park Pines, a community in a rural setting in LaGrange; and Farrington Ridge, a community near I-85 in Coweta County.
Award-winning David Lindsey Homes, which has built over 1,300 homes in this area, has been a family-owned firm since its incorporation in June 1985. At the present time, David Lindsey, his wife Wanda, his son Jeffrey, and his daughter and son-in-law Jaclyn and Dustin Shaw are all involved in the business.

David Lindsey grew up in home construction and has hands-on experience in every aspect of the business. At age 23, he went to work for one of the Atlanta area’s largest home builders, serving as area manager over five subdivisions around the Metro Atlanta area before eventually branching out to form his own business.
