Debbie Dye is the February Individual Agent Leader for Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty’s Newnan/Coweta County office.

Other top producers for the office during the month included Cynthia Jakicic, No. 2; and Marjorie Rowe, No. 3.

Dye, who joined Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty five years ago, received her real estate training at the MLS South Training Center in Morrow. She gained membership in the Bullard Bronze Society for her performance from 2001 through 2005, and in 2002 and in 2005, she was the No. 3 producer for her office. In 2003, she was No. 2 producer for her office and the next year, she led her office in production. She has earned Million Dollar Club membership for the past three years.

She and her husband Tim are the parents of two children, Crystal and April.
