David Lindsey Homes is building the 39 homes in the second phase, plus four homes on the remaining homesites in the first phase, of Farrington Ridge, a single family residential community just two miles from Exit 41 of I-85 in Coweta County.

Located on Corinth Road, which runs off Pine Road, Farrington Ridge is being developed by Scott Neely Construction. The 76 -home community has spacious, heavily-wooded homesites ranging in size from 1.6 acres to three acres. The streets in Phase II, which is the final phase of the development, are already in place, and the community has underground utilities, streetlights, and restrictive covenants.
David Lindsey Homes has construction underway on eight homes with build-out anticipated in summer of 2007. The model home/sales center is expected to be open by the end of March, and pre-sales of the these homes began recently with one pre-sale already recorded.

In Farrington Ridge, David Lindsey Homes is offering five-bedroom split foyer and ranch plans priced from the $170,000s. The exteriors are of maintenance free vinyl with stone/brick accents with a Craftsman look and colors. Interior features include stainless appliance packages, wood-burning fireplaces with marble hearths, and crown molding and chair rail in the dining and breakfast areas.

At the current time, the building company is offering co-op selling agents a five percent commission for their closed sales in all David Lindsey Homes communities. This is valid on all homes that close in 60 days from contract, and valid on all written contracts from March 2 through April 30, 2006.
