The 2004-2005 McIntosh High School Legend has won a first place with special merit award in the American Scholastic Press Association's annual yearbook competition. The yearbook showed excellence in the fields of writing, photography and page design, scoring 950 out of 1000 points. Yearbook advisors are Lisa Collins and Jamie Lovett.
