Anyone who plans to attend should bring with them: A current list of prescriptions, including dosage strengths and instructions, Medicare and/or Medicaid card, A list of preferred pharmacies, and Any correspondence from former employers, a Medigap insurance provider, or government agencies about the new Medicare Part D drug benefit.
