Anyone who plans to attend should bring: A current list of prescriptions, including strenghts and instructions, Medicare and/or Medicaid cards, A list of preferred pharmacies, Any correstpondence from former employers, a Medigap insurance provider, or government agencies about the new Medicare Part D drug benefit.
