Mr. and Mrs. H. Ken Treadwell Jr. of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindsey Paige Treadwell, to Trent Harlan Anthony of Statesboro. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Harlan Anthony of Fayetteville, Georgia.

Lindsey is the granddaughter of Mrs. Olive Martin Hall of Fayetteville, Mrs. Wilma Howell Treadwell of Fayetteville and the late Mr. Horace K Treadwell. Trent is the grandson of Mr. Thedford Harlan Anthony of Alexander City, Ala., and Mrs. Anne Cooley of Crystal River, Fla. and Mrs. Virginia Abney and the late Mr. Howard L Abney of Gadsden, Ala.

Lindsey, a 2001 graduate of Fayette County High School, is a senior at Georgia Southern University pursuing a degree in fine arts and photography. Trent is a 1999 graduate of Fayette County High School, and a 2003 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelors in fine art and graphic design. He is currently employed as a graphic designer at Lewis Color Lithographers in Statesboro.

A September 2006 wedding is planned.
