Holy Trinity Parish will once again host the “Día de la Familia” Health Fair today from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. This event is intended for everyone regardless of race, color or creed who do not have health insurance. There will be hearing, dental, vision, diabetes, cholesterol, spinal column, breast cancer, colon rectal cancer as well as HIV screening. All services offered are free of charge and everyone is welcome to participate. Children who will be starting school next year will able to have their hearing, dental and vision certificates signed by the Health Department, which will be present at the Health Fair. Aside from wonderful doctors, nurses and translators which give very generously of their time and talent, we will have representatives from entities which provide free resources for the community, including United Way of Atlanta, Peachtree City Public Library, Project Head Start and many others. If anyone is interested in getting blood work done, please remember to come in a complete fast; without having anything to eat or drink. Clowns, face-painting and prizes will be at the event.  Remember that everything is free, and it is all ages.
