Eleven teams participated in the Peachtree City High School Invitational last weekend at the Peachtree City Tennis Center. The Starr’s Mill boys and girls teams both won the tournament. It was the first time that the Lady Panthers had won the tournament, while it was the second year in a row for the boys. Second place in the boys group went to McIntosh, while second place among the girls went to Chapel Hill.

Sandy Creek’s boys and girls won the consolation rounds.

Starr’s Mill’s girls faced Sandy Creek on Wednesday afternoon and won 5-0. Starr’s Mill will play at Union Grove on Tuesday at 4 p.m. Sandy Creek will meet Whitewater at the Peachtree City Tennis Center next Tuesday afternoon.
McIntosh’s boys and girls will play in the Granger Invitational in LaGrange this weekend.
