Deta White Thacker, 46, Peachtree City, died Feb. 25, 2006. She was born Dec. 24, 1959 in Fulton County, the youngest of three daughters. She was preceded in death by her father, George White. She graduated from Henry County High School and later attended Clayton State University. She was a 20-year employee of Bank of America. She had moved to Fayette County in 1986. Services were at the Carl J. Mowell chapel with the Rev. Chuck Hodges officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville.

Survivors include her husband, John Thacker, Peachtree City; daughters, Alexandra Kate Thacker, 18, and Blythe Warner Thacker, 15; her mother, Shirley White; sisters, Deborah and Don Augustine, and Danah and Joe Cagliani; nephews, Jarrett Peurifoy, Joshua Cagliani, Kyle Cagliani; and Steven Elliott; nieces, Cheryl Elliott, and Kaitlin Elliott,; and a sister-in-law, Janice and Robert Elliott.

Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Peachtree City, was in charge.
