Dorothy Ann Nelson, 86, Jonesboro, died Feb. 22, 2006. She was born Nov. 27, 1919 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tenn. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Price Nelson, and a son, James C. Nelson. Graveside services were at Westview Cemetery, Atlanta, with Minister Randy Kea officiating. Survivors include a daughter, Susan N. and Clay Posey, Jonesboro; grandchildren, Allen Nelson, and Michael and Heather Underwood, all of McDonough, and Gregory Underwood, Lawrenceville; and great-grandchildren, Brent Oglesby, Taylor Oglesby, Jacob Nelson, Austin Nelson, Cross Underwood, and Conner Underwood. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
