Stoneleigh Forest
An open house for Realtors was held Wednesday, March 1, to celebrate the grand opening of a new subdivision in Tyrone, Stoneleigh Forest. A delicious barbeque lunch was served, with approx. 60 attendees, and there were l2 drawings for prizes of gift certificates, cash, home decorating items, and the grand prize being a weekend getaway to the beautiful mountains of Hiawassee, GA. The luncheon was sponsored by the builder’s approved lenders, Deborah Bishop, First Horizon; David Monsour, HomeBanc; and Dick Steele, Market Street Mortgage.

This new development has only l8 beautiful wooded 2 to 4 acre home sites. Stoneleigh Forest has a beautiful natural setting because of the abundance of green areas, which buffers the homes from each other. Conveniently located in Tyrone, the subdivision is only 2.9 miles from I-85, minutes from Peachtree City, shopping and schools. The airport is only approx. 20 minutes away, which makes this a great area for business travelers. The builder, David Reese Homes, offers many ranch or two-story plans, with prices starting at $329,900; basement lots available.

Construction will be mixed-use with brick, stone, stucco, and hardiplank. Stoneleigh Forest is being marketed by Century 21 Southern Crescent agents JoAn Steele (770-527-4580) and Brenda Allen (770-527-4956).
