Century 21 Southern Crescent presents three awards to top employees

Century 21 Southern Crescent in Fayetteville announces the winners of the Top Producer for 2005, the 2005 Spirit Award, and the 2005 Rookie of the Year award.

Each year the company recognizes the agent who earns the most gross closed commissions for the year. In 2005, the award went to Terri Kellerman. Kellerman has been a Realtor in Fayette County for ten years. She has served numerous years on the Fayette County Board of Realtors including serving as their President in 2004 and has recently taken the position of Vice President and Managing Broker with Century 21 Southern Crescent.

Portia Holliday was awarded the Rookie of the Year for 2005. Portia joined Century 21 Southern Crescent in October 2004. In only one year Holliday has been off and running. She was the top producing rookie, earned the distinguished e-pro and ABR designations, and is continuing to make her presence known amongst the top Realtors in Fayette County.

Finally, the 2005 Spirit award is given to the Realtor who has displayed leadership in the company above and beyond what is expected. This year’s award was given to Anne Minter. Minter has been a mentor, confidant, teacher, team leader and wonderful example to all Realtors. She served many years on the Fayette County Board of Realtors as a member of the Grievance and Professional Standards Committees. Anne held the position as Broker/Owner of Century 21 Southern Crescent for 27 years. Anne continues to remain active and contribute to the Fayette County Realtor community.
