Stephen Walker, a top-producing Realtor with Prudential Georgia Realty, posted another strong year of sales in 2005 and was once again name the Top Listing and Sales Associate in his branch office in Fayetteville.

Walker also recently received an award at Prudential Georgia Realty’s annual awards breakfast held Feb. 23 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. For his 2005 sales volume, he was given the President’s Circle Award, an honor reserved for only the top eight percent of more than 64,000 Prudential real estate agents in the nation. Stephen had 41 sales with a gross sales volume of $9.27 million.

“Stephen always gives 110 percent to his clients, while still finding time to do a great deal of volunteer work for the Fayette County Board of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors and his church,” said Managing Broker Merry Holley.

Walker is the 2006 chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee for the Women’s Council of Realtors at the state level. He is also the Vice President of Administration and Finance for the Fayette County Board of Realtors. Since entering real estate sales in 1999, Stephen has been an active member of this organization and was named its Realtor of the Year in 2004. In addition, he belongs to the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Stephen has also achieved numerous real estate designations, including, ABR, CRS, GRI, PMN, and SRES, all of which help him be a better and more effective Realtor for his clients as he stays on top of the latest industry trends.
