Harry Norman, Realtors® recently completed a mandatory re-screening process necessary to maintain the prestigious RELO® Quality Certification by the Chicago-based Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM network. The RELO® Quality Certification (RQC) is the first program in the relocation industry to quantify and qualify what true relocation service excellence means. Modeled after the Malcolm Baldrige national quality award, it was created by the network to provide measurable standards for the pursuit of relocation excellence. A review committee of leading industry professionals must review all aspects of the company's relocation services division every three years to remain certified.

Harry Norman, Realtors® earned re-certification only after demonstrating that the company continues to meet stringent standards. Virtually every aspect of the company's relocation department was reviewed thoroughly, using specific criteria to evaluate office facilities, technology resources, performance and production, staffing, training and continuing education, relocation services offered, advertising and marketing, customer satisfaction and more.
