2005 was a banner year for Harry Norman, Realtors®, Atlanta's No. 1 independent residential real estate firm. Harry Norman, Realtors® recorded over $3,45 billion in closed sales with an average sales price of $369,471 for 2005 as announced at their Annual Awards Day ceremony held Monday, February 20th at the Cobb Galleria. While President and CEO Lewis Glenn acknowledges that the success of the company is due to the hard work and determination of Harry Norman, Realtors® sales associates, managers and support staff and their dedication to offering full service, he also believes that Atlanta's economy helps support the housing market as a whole. Lewis said, "While 2005 was a year of change and challenges, Atlanta is fortunate to have a very healthy housing market. Regardless of the talk about housing bubbles, rising interests rates and changes in the economy, Atlanta continues to have a strong real estate market due to our economic stability, job growth and demographic makeup. I expect to see more construction, home buying and selling well into the future and Harry Norman, Realtors® will be here serving the real estate needs of those in our community as we've done for more than 75 years." Founded in 1930, Harry Norman, Realtors® is Atlanta's oldest and largest independent residential real estate company. With 20 sales offices and more than 1,200 associates, Harry Norman, Realtors® is the Atlanta affiliate of Leading Estates of the World and is also a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the WorldTM is the largest network of independent residential real estate firms, with 650 members representing 4,700 offices and 120,000 associates across the U.S. and in over 20 countries. login to post comments |
