HBA sets Associate Showcase Builder Licensing Seminar for March 16

The Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia has set its annual Associate Showcase on Thursday, March 16, from noon-5 p.m. at the Kiwanis Fair Complex on Goza Road in Fayette County.

At the event, association members will be able to obtain information on the latest in building products, discover how to save money on future projects, and network with others in their industry. Associate members will have the opportunity to promote their products and services.

In addition, there will be door prizes from various participating companies, and there will be a prize given for the best decorated booth with judging by the builder members of the association’s board of directors.

From 1-3 p.m., the Home Builders Association of Georgia (HBAG) will conduct a members only seminar on how to become a Licensed Builder. At the session, which is for both builder and associate members, HBAG will present a crash course on the applications and the process of builder licensing. There will also be time for questions.

Builders and associates planning to attend the Associate Showcase are asked to make reservations by Monday, March 13, by calling the association office at 770-716-7109. In addition, associate members who want to have display booths at the showcase should register with the association office by 5 p.m. on Thursday, March 9.
