The Sandy Creek Lady Patriots entered their Thursday night game against McIntosh without a loss. The fifth ranked Lady Chiefs handed Sandy Creek an 8-0 loss though, dominating the game and keeping the ball in the Lady Patriot half of the field for much of the game. McIntosh scored five goals in the first half, including one off of a penalty kick. Sandy Creek (2-1-1) does not have long to dwell on the game though, as they are scheduled to take on Fayette County’s Lady Tigers on the road today at noon.
The Sandy Creek boys (2-4) will meet the Fayette County Tigers today at 2 p.m.
Creekside’s boys (1-2) have had a long layoff with games against Callaway and Westlake being cancelled or postponed. They are scheduled to meet Jordan today at 4 p.m. The Lady Seminoles (0-2) will play Jordan at 2 p.m. today.
