The Twilight Theatre Troupe is pleased to announce auditions for the second show of its inaugural season, “Annie.” Auditions will be this Monday and Tuesday at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 700 Ardenlee Parkway in Peachtree City. Children and youth may audition from 6 p.m. through 7:30 p.m. each night. Adult auditions will take place between 7:30 and 9 p.m. If necessary, callbacks will be held March 9.

Everyone auditioning should prepare a one minute selection of music that demonstrates vocal quality and range. An accompanist will be provided, or you may choose to use a CD for accompaniment. You may also be asked to read from the script. In addition, all auditioning are encouraged to prepare a one minute monologue.

Annie will be performed May 12-13 and 26-27 at the Frederick Brown, Jr. Amphitheater, "The Fred", in Peachtree City. A large cast of both adults and children is needed, and adults and children of all ages are encouraged to audition.

Twilight Theatre’s inaugural show of The Sound of Music, which was performed last October, received rave reviews. Twilight President Alison Chambers states, “We were extremely excited with the turnout and response we received from The Sound of Music and look forward to continuing and building on that quality throughout the rest of our season. Again, Twilight Theatre Troupe’s goal is to present professional quality theatre using local talent. We have an extraordinary amount of talent here in Peachtree City and Fayette County, and we look forward to showcasing even more of that talent in our upcoming shows.”
