Robert Horgan

Dear Voter,

I’ve lived in Fayette County for most of my life. I have attended school, built my business, met and married my wife, and we are now raising our children in this county. I am committed to building a future for Fayette County that our children will be proud of.

True priorities should be in writing. Non-District Voting, Public Safety, Stewardship, and Quality of Life are at the top of my list.

Working in the aviation industry for most of my career for well-known companies such as Lockheed Martin and Raytheon Aircraft, I helped manage multiple programs for various Fortune 500 Companies.

In an effort to be closer to my family, I took my industry service success and invested in a Mr. Transmission franchise.

Because I work and serve locally, I will be readily available to bring better representation to my constituents. With an open line of communication, I will gain a greater understanding of the projects and challenges put before me.

I am already involved in trying to bring a better quality of life for those in our county. I am a member of the Peachtree City Rotary Club, the Chamber of Commerce, and Partners in Education.

These affiliations have served to fuel my passion for making a difference in our community and have culminated in my decision to run for County Commissioner. Fayette County is a well-planned quality growth community, but there is continued work to be done.

What makes me different from all other candidates is my willingness to provide you with my information. Being available to you, the voter, was my commitment when qualifying for this race.

I am the only candidate who publicized his or her platform in writing in the local papers. Since choosing to run for office, I have invested real time and money to make my position known. I am working hard to show how I best identify with the values of the people of our great county.

Our upcoming election is county wide, so all registered voters will determine the outcome. Statistics from our election board show that only 6 percent of registered voters will actually vote. I think we can do better than that.

I urge each of you to vote on March 21 for Robert Horgan. Please show your support with a campaign sign. Please call 770-719-7676 and remember early voting begins March 13 at the elections office.
