CDM plans seminar on single ladies
Christ Discipleship Ministries (CDM), 114 West Campbellton St., Fairburn, will host a seminar entitled “All the Single Ladies,” Friday, Feb. 12, at 8 p.m. The speaker will be Pastor Timothy Frazier who will discuss “the truth about what and how men think about women.” For further information and/or directions, contact the CDM office, 770-969-8370. COS plans Ash Wednesday services
Ash Wednesday services will take place at 12:15 and 7 p.m. on Feb. 17 at Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City and will include the imposition of ashes. A soup supper will begin at 5:30 p.m., with all asked to bring cans of soup, chili or beef stew or boxes of saltines. The gifts will go to the Real Life Center. The church is on the corner of Ga. Highway 54 and Peachtree Parkway.

Gospel sing at Noah’s Ark set for Feb. 20
Noah’s Ark Holiness Church in Griffin will have a Gospel Singing Saturday, Feb. 20, beginning at 7 p.m. Refreshments will be served preceding the event at 5:30 p.m. and again at intermission. Odyssey of Entertainment offered
New Hope Baptist Church will offer a free Odyssey of Entertainment for the entire family Friday, Feb. 26, at 7 p.m. (doors open at 6:30) at its North Campus Student Center (off the cafe), 551 New Hope Rd., Fayetteville. Teen class in CPR to be offered
Christ Our Shepherd will offer a CPR/Baby-sitting Clinic for teens on Saturday, Feb. 27, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. The $25 fee covers a CPR card, refreshments, and instruction by Teresa Ellison, who is certified by the American Heart Association.
