Zula Coley, 87, Fayetteville, formerly of Hapeville, died Jan. 28, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Thomas Coley. She was a longtime employee of C&S Bank where she retired as a banking officer. She was a longtime member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church and the Fellowship-Discipleship Sunday School Class. She was an avid golfer and was a member of Cannongate. She was a devoted University of Tennessee "Vols" fan.

Services were at the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Westmoreland and the Rev. Gary Parrish officiating. Interment was at Camp Memorial Park, Fayetteville. Survivors include a daughter, Yvonne and John Proft, Cataula, Ga.; granddaughters, Coley and Michael Keirstead, Suwanee, and Rayna and Drew Price, Buford; great-grandchildren, Riley Price, Austin Price, and Madigan Keirstead; and a sister, Beulah Avant, Alexandria, Tenn. Memorial donations may be made to Fayetteville First United Methodist Church or Hospice Advantage, 101 Yorktown Dr., Ste. 223, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Carl J. Mowell & Son Funeral Home, Fayetteville, was in charge.
